The combination kitchen, living and dining area includes a stunning white leather lounge with chaise and recliner. Enjoy Foxtel or a Blu-Ray movie on the oversize LCD television with surround sound or recline in front of the gas fireplace with a magazine and glass of wine.

Guests at Vista One can also enjoy The Vintage Leisure Facilities - 25 metre heated pool, spa, and fitness centre and day night / tennis courts.
REST
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with bedding that can be configured as a king or two singles. 40" LCD televisions in each bedroom provide the perfect place to guests to escape for some downtime.
The master bedroom enjoys a walk-in wardrobe and huge ensuite bathroom with twin basin vanity. The alternative master bedroom on the mezzanine level also has an ensuite with oversize shower.
The games room with sofa bed is the perfect place for the kids to watch a movie whilst the adults retire to the lounge room.
ENTERTAIN
The living room opens out to two separate outdoor entertaining areas. The barbeque area and outdoor dining patio overlooks the first green at The Vintage as well as the custom built 3 hole practice putting green in the back yard. Enjoy your tea and toast whilst watching the early morning golfers and kangaroos. Or perhaps fire up the BBQ, turn on the floodlights and challenge your friends to a night time putting competition on the practice green.
The second outdoor entertaining area is an intimate courtyard complete with firetable. After a hard day's wine tasting it's the perfect place to open a great Hunter Shiraz and chat late into the evening.

The Vintage Golf Club boasts a truly spectacular 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course created specifically to complement the area's unique natural environment and prestigious Hunter Valley lifestyle. Measuring 6,242 metres off the back tees with a Par of 71, the course gently winds around undisturbed wetlands, water carries, eucalyptus and the Beggars Bridge and Bimbadgen vineyards.
LOCATION - HOW TO GET HERE
From Newcastle Aiport
Vista One is situated 70km or about 1 hours drive from Newcastle Airport. The airport is serviced by Qantas, Virgin, Jetstar and Rex. There are multiple direct flights from Sydney, Brisbane, The Gold Coast, Melbourne, Canberra and other destinations every day.
Driving
From Newcastle - 70 km or about 1 hour west of the Newcastle CBD.
From Sydney - 170km or about 2 hours north of Sydney on the M1 Motorway.
